Note to AOL Members: This form is for mail delivery issues only. If you are having trouble receiving mail from a specific person or domain to your AOL account, you are in the right place. If you are having general difficulties with your mail, not related to delivery, please review these other support options. For issues not related to AOL Mail, please visit our member support site for assistance. Any issues reported on this form that do not relate to the delivery of email will be automatically closed.
If you are an ISP or an educational institution and your primary mail servers are being tempfailed, please consider using the whitelist form, as it may result in faster service and a quicker resolution.
If you are being blocked with an RTR, RLY, HVU etc error, please ask your mail system administrator to visit our troubleshooting section and the appropriate form for unblocking. If you require a change to your feedback loop (FBL), please use the appropriate tool. If you are getting a DYN:T1 bounce, please continue using this tool.
REQUIRED INFORMATION: In order to resolve a delivery issue, we must know what IP address is sending your mail. To verify your outbound email address, send an email from the affected domain/address to ipconfirm@postmaster.aol.com. You will receive a reply telling you what your outbound IP address is. Please include that IP address in your request. Please do this even if you already know your IP address -- we need to know what our system sees.
