You are here: Home>> Web Support>> HVU Inquiry/Removal Tool
End users can use this tool to diagnose issues with sending email that result in an HVU:B1 bounce. HVU:B1 bounces happen when users attempt to send email with certain prohibited URLs or domains to AOL members. These prohibited URLs and domains are often associated with spam, phishing, and other problems.
In order for us to properly diagnose an HVU:B1 issue and find the URL or domain preventing successful sending, you must provide us the source of the email that generated the bounce message - not the bounce message itself! Simply copying and pasting the email is not enough, as the offending domain or URL may be "hidden" in the source itself. If you copy the bounce message (HVU:B1) into the form, it will be rejected. Submit the source of the email that caused the bounce message, not the email containing the bounce message.

Once you have obtained the appropriate message source, please fill out the form below. All fields are required.
